Jeffree Star and Tati Westbrook feud all started with Star unfollowing Westbrook. Both of them are a part of the beauty community and have come out with makeup that has made them somewhat of rivals. They have millions of followers and have many a lot of money making beauty products.
Westbrook made a makeup line called Tati Beauty that just launched on October 25 and Jeffree Star is making a new makeup line called The Conspiracy Collection with Shane Dawson that will be launching on November 1st because of this and how close together there launched dates are fans are speculating that they are feuding. Star unfollowed Westbrook on both Instagram and Twitter which makes fans question if maybe Star tried to get Westbrook to move her launched date so that his new collection with Dawson will be the big hit of the end of the year but she didn't move it so now this has begun some drama. But the real kicker to this drama is that James Charles just released his new mini makeup palette on October 17th with Morphe the same brand that will be releasing Star's new line. No new drama has started with Charles yet between either Star or Westbrook.
The other theory as to why Star unfollowed him is that all three have had drama in the past which many fans think is why Star and Westbrook are not as good of friends now. Like I said a couple of blogs ago that Westbrook was angry with Charles because he promoted another brand that was a rival to Westbrook's and she got very mad about this. She tried to cancel James Charles and Star was at first on Westbrooks's side and said very nasty things about Charles, which then led to Charles losing a lot of subscribers on YouTube. After the drama of this got so big Charles released a video telling his side of the story and Star said he was sorry that he said mean things about Charles and wished he knew both sides of the story before posting. After this none of them have been good friends or really in contact with each other publicly.
The main reason fans are saying they are feuding is that Star has not congratulated Westbrook on her new makeup line when he usually does. Fans are angry that he has not done this since in the past he has always always congratulated her and she has been there for him in the past for him too.
Also during Westbrooks's launch, she said "We're going to really show the industry that two powerhouses can actually come together instead of stabbing each other in the back. They can support each other and it's going to be the actual message of beauty," some say this is a stab to Star and Charles.
So far the only comment about this feud is from Star tweeting "The planet is F**ked who the F**K cares who I'm following on an iPhone app? Let's get our priorities back to what matters. Stop trying to fish for drama that's not there." The drama in the beauty community is endless and every day this seems to be a problem especially with Jeffree Star.
